Spaced Out

Yes, I noticed my last post with content was in July, here's what I've been up to:

First, some super stale photos from my iphone.

Like, totally, check that out. A hardcore fan.

Our first trip to iCon by Shunji Matsuo @ Isetan Wisma Atria B1. Kudos to Lianneisthebest for recommending the place, we love their service!

Clarisse's bbqing her hair. The end result can be seen in photos below don't worry.

My resultant hairdo. Taken while she was trying on some clothes. =)

After 3 months my hair has grown very unkempt, So we'll be going again this Friday.

Graduation celebration lunch: The Line@Shangri-la, 27th Jul

Late July - Start of a new biz with Mr Tong

A pretty starry one at that.

And my cool new bluetooth wireless mouse with a useless glowing blue emblem.

Ok "new" means 2 months ago when this pic was taken.

And replanting the shoots into the pot Hanazaki-san gave me.

Well. Unfortunately they're on the brink of dying right now.

I'm such a bad gardener. T-T

And...August 26th. I think. Natsu Matsuri.

Very nice crowded event. Too bad it rained, or it would have been more fun with all the events on the field.

Da Us.

And that guy's wearing the L mask.

Leaving the Matsuri

And well life ish unfair. The GS employees get a FREE prime view of the F1 circuit. Considering I had a gathering with pri sch classmates on that day, we gave our pair of friday tix to cf.

And so, we first went on Saturday, day 2 of the event.

Two of the many cool retro cars on display along the sg riverside.

And on Day 3, we had lunch at Kuishinbo before a few hours gym + swim before going for the race proper.

Entering through Marina Gate 7

And then came the drivers coming in the retro cars. Pretty cool as everyone cheered them on.

And off they ran:

And that was the first round of a pretty spectacular 61. Pretty awesome to be part of history. Hearts to Clarisse who gave the tix to me as a gift.

And...these are the freshest of the lot.

My first cycling achievement last sunday.

Yew Tee -> Upper Bkt Timah -> Bkt Timah -> Botanical Gardens -> Tanglin -> Orchard -> Marina.

And back.

Marina -> West Coast -> Vivo -> Haw Par Villa -> NUS -> SIM -> Upper Bkt Timah -> Yew Tee

clocked: 51km in 4hours. Ok, it ain't too fast and we did take some breaks but hey, there's always a first eh?

Starry Starry Night.
